How this works

1. You call during line hours

The line is open Weekdays 8:30 am–7 pm · Saturday 9 am–4 pm (Eastern). Your call goes to a participating independent roofer, or to a partner that connects you with one.

2. You describe the house

The town, whether it is a rowhouse or a detached house, what the roof is made of, roughly how old it is, and why you are calling.

3. The roofer visits

A proper proposal needs someone to look at the roof, the attic and the flashing.

4. You decide on paper

Check the contractor’s Pennsylvania registration, read the written contract, and remember your three-business-day right to cancel. See checking a Pennsylvania roofer.
